Exercising

I am exercising the secret everyday.

I now know It´s not productive to connect or try to understand my shadows.
I now know I must see and believe there is only light.
I am all light and perfect.
I am the owner of my life.
The writer of my book.
What I think is what I feel, turns to what I see and becomes my reality.
All I have - good and bad - was attracted to my life by me.
The universe is generous and gives me all I want. Therefore, my thoughts must be watched.
It´s a daily practise.
It´s enlightening.
